Trauma, grief, major life transitions, and experiences that feel too overwhelming to put into words can leave you feeling stuck or disconnected. Children, adults, and families often come to therapy after realizing that talking alone isn’t enough. My goal is to create a safe, compassionate space where you can reconnect with yourself, process difficult experiences, and discover new ways of healing through expressive arts, play, movement, and body-based approaches.

As someone who has experienced profound loss myself, I understand the desire for therapy that reaches beyond conversation. I show up authentically in every session and strive to help you do the same. My practice is trauma-informed, LGBTQ+ affirming, and informed by advanced training in Somatic Experiencing®, where I am currently completing the third and final year of the program. I believe healing happens through both the mind and the body, and I would be honored to walk alongside you as you rediscover hope, resilience, and the joy that still exists within your life.
